Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are the most popular couple in Hollywood at the moment. Fresh off of their “Twilight” fame, their faces are recognizable practically anywhere they go. Stewart plays Bella Swan, who is forced to choose between the characters that are played by Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner in the movies. It sounds like they are living the life that everyone dreams of, but it can be hard to adjust to all of the fame that they have received over the course of the last few months.
Rumors about the couple are constantly started. Just a few months ago, one rumor said that the couple was planning on getting married (keep in mind, this is before they even announced that they were officially dating, which they still have not done) which was followed the very next day by a rumor that said that they were planning on breaking up.
Stewart recently came under fire after she compared living in the limelight to being “raped.” She quickly apologized for the insensitive comparison, but most people knew what she meant when she said it.
“The photos are so… I feel like I’m looking at someone being raped. A lot of the time I can’t handle it. I never expected that this would be my life,” she said at the time.
The couple is a perfect example of how hard it can be to adjust to new found fame when you were not expecting it. As far as they knew, they were taking a role in a movie that was adapted from a popular book series. They had no way of knowing that they would turn into mega-stars overnight.
