Best and the Worst of the 2010 MTV Movie Awards- Rob and Kristen's Best Kiss

Worst: To many [expletive] bleeps
By the time Peter Facinelli reached the podium to accept the Best Movie Award for "New Moon," FCC regulators had lost count of how many times someone had sworn and then been bleeped on the 2-hour show. You know a record must have been set when Facinelli, intending to mock the insane amount of expletives, swore so often the show's control room couldn't cover them up on the East Coast feed. Something tells us there will be a much longer delay for MTV's Video Music Awards in September.

Best: Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart
Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart know what their fans want, but boy are they are gonna make them work hard to get it. In a cleverly played out bit, the "New Moon" stars and rumored couple (watch out guys, it might just be a fun publicity game to the duo) pretended to have an awkward time of re-enacting their award-winning kiss. The best part of it, however, was when Pattinson seemed to surprise Stewart and go in for the kill earlier than expected. The smile on his face afterward was almost more entertaining than the bit itself.

And Rob and Kristen's "kiss" continues to make best moments list of last night! Now for the LA Times Best and Worst list (and ITA with their commentary it was the cute giggliness that made the moment so adorable):

Aww, those darn kids
Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's romance is not something we spend much time thinking about. But their giddy giggles after their onstage kiss for winning the best kiss award seemed more genuine than the dozens of "thank yous" delivered by the rest of the show's winners.

Pity poor Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner
From the pre-credits sequence to Aziz Ansari's opening monologue to Jonah Hill and Russell Brand's presenter patter, the two "Twilight" stars were the subject of more jokes than any single person, place or thing. They seemed to be enjoying the attention, but is it possible to be overexposed without ever leaving your seat?

Entertainment Weekly did their best and worst moments from the Award Show last night, and Rob and Kristen got best kiss:

BEST KISS
When Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson inevitably took the stage to accept the Best Kiss award, there was no way we were going to settle for another Miley Cyrus-style fakeout like last year. After a bit of will-they-or-won't-they teasing, RPattz managed to plant one on an apparently surprised Stewart. Or was she in on it? You can never tell with these show folk.

New Moon Cast Picks The Best Kiss: Rob/Kristen or Sandra/Scarlett

Eigenes Fenster

It was a smooch-filled evening at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night (June 6). First Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reenacted their on-screen lip-locking onstage — albeit it with a jokey awkwardness. Then Sandra Bullock accepted her Generation Award and ended up swapping spit with presenter Scarlett Johansson.

So the big question backstage at the Gibson Amphitheatre was "Who had the hotter kiss?" The cast of "New Moon" had many answers for us, and they didn't all agree.

"I got to go Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson," Peter Facinelli told MTV News. "They're my people. They're my family. But that other one was pretty hot too."

Elizabeth Reaser cast her vote in the other direction. "I've never seen Scarlett and Sandra Bullock make out, so I'll go for the novelty of the hotness, which takes it up a notch," she said. "That was hot. That was genuinely hot. I didn't expect it. Those things are usually a little forced, a little weird. And it was sort of genuinely hot."

Jackson Rathbone concurs. "Hands down, easy — that was Scarlett and Sandra Bullock. That was some sexiness," he said. "I liked it. You should do it more often!"

Alex Meraz was on the same page as Rathbone, and he had some compelling reasoning behind his viewpoint. "I'm going to have to go with Sandra Bullock and Scarlett Johansson," Meraz said. "It's a better kiss. It's a kiss I would want to be a part of."

For those keeping track at home, that's one vote for KStew and RPattz and three for Sandra and Scarlett. And then there's Anna Kendrick, who couldn't cast a vote because she was pulled out of her seat not once but twice to attend to her various Movie Awards duties.

"Of course, I'm backstage for both of them," she confessed. "I didn't really get an angle on it. So I'll go home and review each one very carefully and let you know."

New Details on Robert Pattinson's Commentary in 'Remember Me' DVD Extras

While Robert Pattinson spends his June promoting "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse," Summit Entertainment is working its cross-pollination magic by pushing "Remember Me" out on DVD.

Due June 22, the romantic drama starring Pattinson and "Lost" blond Emilie de Ravin touts a major bonus feature -- a cast commentary track in which the heartthrob drops serious pearls about his filming experience.

Taking the lead for our favorite factoid: Pattinson's dirty journaling. Playing the broody Tyler, the actor spent most of the film scrawling mysteriously in a leather-bound notebook. "On set I kept on going up to Rob and saying, 'You've got to write in your journal, mate,'" producer Nick Osbourne said.

Said Pattinson: "I remember writing all these kind of pornographic poems, whenever there was a close-up on it. Horrible, horrible things in bold capital letters."

We can only hope a man from Nantucket was involved.

Other amazing insights into Rob's soul include ...

His sex scene was scary: Pattinson was "terrified" during his boom-boom moment with De Ravin. More so, he was sympathetic to the director of photography, "who had to look deep into my ... crack for a long time."

His mother was appalled at the thought of a tattoo: Pattinson's character has his brother's name inked on his left pec as a memorial. When his mom saw it in the "Remember Me" trailer, she called him immediately. "I was like, 'Really, do you think I tattooed 'Michael' on my chest?"

Fans take note -- when in Los Angeles, he reads scripts in a fast-food restaurant parking lot: "I was in an In 'N Out burger car park where I used to always read scripts. ... I realized I liked the character Tyler in the first four pages." Perhaps he celebrated with a Double-Double.

He's not shy about his frustrations with the paparazzi: As the film's New York shoot was plagued with photogs, almost every scene in the "Remember Me" commentary comes with some anecdote about the invasive shutterbugs. "They showed absolutely no respect for anything," Pattinson remarks.

Big dramatic fight scenes (like in, um, "Eclipse") bore him: Pattinson gets roughed up by costar Chris Cooper in the film, and loved every minute of it. "It's probably the most fun I've ever had in a scene," he says of being slammed against the hood of a car. "Normally the fights are so choreographed, it makes it boring."

Rob does a mean Barney Gumble: Pattinson randomly bursts out in an impression of resident derelict Barney from "The Simpsons" on the commentary track. And it's actually pretty spot on.
